We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Implementation Specialist to join our offshore support team. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of real estate technology platforms for new and returning clients. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, process-driven, and customer-focused, ensuring timely and seamless onboarding for clients in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
Become a product implementation expert, staying up to date with platform updates and enhancements.
Manage project timelines, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely platform launches.
Conduct client calls to set expectations, review setup progress, and ensure proper configuration (including account settings, domain and email setup, and IDX paperwork).
Identify and resolve implementation challenges, proactively addressing delays and risks.
