Implementation Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE:
The Implementation Specialist will support the onboarding and implementation of global payroll clients across multiple countries by assisting with data collection, payroll setup activities, portal configuration, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and Payroll Service Providers (PSPs). The role ensures accurate data preparation and supports a smooth transition of clients into operational payroll delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation Support
Support global payroll implementation projects across multiple countries.
Assist in the collection, review, and validation of payroll data from clients.
Maintain implementation trackers, timelines, and project documentation
Data Management
Prepare and review payroll data templates for client onboarding.
Assist with data migration and payroll system setup activities.
Perform initial data validation checks to ensure completeness and accuracy.
