Overview


The Implementation Specialist supports functions in Leasing & Rents and Document Management to manage the forms and documents that property staff processes on a daily basis as part of the overall OneSite workflow, such as move-ins, renewals and or recertification and other routine processes that require consistent documentation. Documents are stored in one convenient location for the property's staff.



Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Ensures all client documents are received in accordance with departmental policies, legal requirements and customer specifications prior to starting implementation
  • Perform system setup and configuration ensuring accuracy of complex data and multi system integrations
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of each product for which they are responsible
