Position Overview

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful transition of new clients, coordinating all necessary activities from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.

Work Schedule and Arrangement

8:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST, Remote/Onsite

Office Location

8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities

  • Synthesize Intake
  • Coordinate with Sales to review call notes and aggregate project details.
  • Client Intros
  • Lead kick-off calls to gather requirements and establish availability.
  • Meeting Planning
  • Organize and set up recurring weekly project meetings.
  • Internal Setup
  • Proficient with Google Space/Drive for team onboarding (Managers, Mentors, Billers).
  • Communication
  • Dispatch biller details, access checklists, and schedules via internal correspondence.
