Specialist-Product Implementation (Global Payroll)
Required Technical Skills:
2 to 4 years of experience in HR Tech or software(payroll) implementation roles
Advanced knowledge on Payroll, Core HR, Attendance modules.
Proficiency in data porting, Excel, and error validation.
Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools and project tracking systems.
Basic understanding of system logic and workflows.
Key Roles and Responsibility:
Project Delivery & Client Onboarding
Lead mid-to-large scale implementations and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
Customize solutions within greytHR to meet complex client-specific requirements.
Act as the go-to resource for escalated or high-visibility implementations.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation for strategic clients.
Conduct requirement workshops and solutioning sessions.
