The Implementation Service Specialist is one of the key pillars of our service offering and will assist in growing and supporting any existing and/or future software product and service with our partners at Hilti. Our customers range from sole traders to large construction projects. You will be the interface between the salesforce and the Back Office/Software Specialists to ensure a smooth set-up.

What You'll do

  • Travelling to customer jobsites / warehouses to roll out services (Fleet, ON!Track, Connect
  • Entering asset data into a customer-facing database using both a desktop and smartphone based system.
  • Training customers on the use of both desktop and smartphone applications – From entering asset data themselves to using the system to best help their daily work.
