Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager leads large, complex client projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing scope, budget, timelines, and resources while ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Define and document project scope and requirements
  • Monitor budgets, track hours, and report financial status regularly
  • Evaluate change requests and assess impact on cost and schedule
  • Identify and mitigate risks and resolve project issues
  • Serve as primary client contact and facilitate status meetings and problem-solving discussions
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation following PMI-based methodologies
  • Ensure accurate updates in project tracking and billing systems
