We are looking for a hands-on professional to support a strategic workstream focused on process optimization and the implementation of Salesforce as the company’s CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a dedicated workstream from requirement gathering to Salesforce implementation
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis prior to project launch
  • Map and review existing processes
  • Organize and structure business information to support CRM implementation
  • Oversee task and ticket management within Salesforce
  • Feed and maintain data accuracy in the CRM system
