Implementation Manager

Our Professional Services team partners with our customers to design, build and launch our employee recognition and rewards platform. As an Implementation Manager, you’ll lead the charge in bringing our software solutions to life for customers. You’ll guide a team of implementation specialists, partner cross-functionally across the business, and ensure every project is delivered seamlessly from kickoff to launch. How you'll shape SaaS Implementations at Achievers:

Act as the project lead for multiple customer-facing projects concurrently with small to mid-sized customer project teams.

Manage all aspects of the implementation project including: facilitating remote working sessions and on occasion traveling onsite with the customer (restrictions permitting), managing scope, risk, project plans, escalations, project monitoring...
