Implementation Manager

Our Professional Services team partners with our customers to design, build and launch our employee recognition and rewards platform. As an Implementation Manager , you'll lead the charge in bringing our software solutions to life for customers. You'll guide a team of implementation specialists, partner cross-functionally across the business, and ensure every project is delivered seamlessly from kickoff to launch. How you'll shape SaaS Implementations at Achievers:

Act as the project lead for multiple customer-facing projects concurrently with small to mid-sized customer project teams.

Manage all aspects of the implementation project including: facilitating remote working sessions and on occasion traveling onsite with the customer (restrictions permitting), managing scope, risk, project plans, escalations, project monitor...
