About The Role
As an Implementation Manager you will manage complex airport/airline solution implementations end‑to‑end—owning planning, technical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and a smooth transition into operations—while guiding teams and customers through upgrades, testing, and go‑lives across AMS/PPS products.
Main Roles And Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead or team manager for major implementation projects.
Develop and execute detailed implementation and cutover plans, managing risks, dependencies, and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication.
Provide guidance on upgrades, installations, environment readiness and system architecture.
Facilitate customer testing phases (SIT/UAT), drive defect resolution and document/validate requirements.
