Implementation Manager

Your Team Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with other members of the Total Plan Onboarding on best practices, resourcing, and project execution
• Propose best practices and enhancements to current onboarding process to drive efficiency and reduce timing of onboarding projects
• Work directly with implementation consultants to ensure technical implementation task are being executed in a timely and accuate manner

Your Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Experience as a project coordinator and working directly with client to achieve mutual outcomes
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and be able to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills
