About the job Sphere Pay is looking for a full-time Implementation Manager based in Miami or Brazil. As an Implementation Manager at Sphere Pay, you will be the critical bridge between our sales/GTM team and our product organization, ensuring customers can successfully integrate and leverage our API-first payment infrastructure. The work you do directly supports our customers' ability to move money with us; you will regularly have an outsized impact on Sphere Pay's customer success and product evolution. Key Responsibilities: Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Partner with the Head of BD on discovery calls to gather customer technical requirements.
