About The Role

As an Implementation Manager you will manage complex airport/airline solution implementations end‑to‑end—owning planning, technical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and a smooth transition into operations—while guiding teams and customers through upgrades, testing, and go‑lives across AMS/PPS products.

Main Roles And Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead or team manager for major implementation projects.
• Develop and execute detailed implementation and cutover plans, managing risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and clear communication.
• Provide guidance on upgrades, installations, environment readiness and system architecture.
