  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a high-quality user experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
