Implementation Lead

RBS Software Solutions is looking for a results-driven Implementation Lead to own the final phase of our project delivery. You will bridge the gap between development and client operations, ensuring that our nation-scale systems—from HRIS and Payroll to Emergency Operations Centers (EEOC)—are successfully deployed, adopted, and operationalized.

What You'll Do

• Own the Last Mile: Lead end-to-end implementation activities, managing the transition from development environments (DEV/STAGING) to production (PROD).
• Bridge Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during deployment, coordinating data preparation, configuration, and go-live schedules.
• Oversee Data Migration: Manage the migration of master and historical data, validating results with BA and QA teams to ensure 100% accuracy.
