Position Summary
Northern Health is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to drive project implementation, change management, and operational excellence as the Implementation Lead, DCDH Redevelopment.
The Implementation Lead, DCDH Redevelopment is responsible for leading the coordination and completion of projects or initiatives within the Dawson Creek expressly assigned by the Health Services Administrator (HSA). The incumbent provides project management, process improvement and change management leadership, expertise, education, facilitation and coaching to team members assigned to priority operational projects related to the Dawson Creek District Hospital Redevelopment Project. The incumbent resolves operational issues for assigned priority projects in adherence with guidelines set by the HSA and serves as a principle point of contact for all members of identified projects, enabling performance improvement and excellence in care and service.
