We're a 70-person team (~45 in engineering), located across North and South America.

The Role

We're hiring an Implementation Engineer for ERP Integrations to help customers connect their ERP systems — including Eclipse, P21, and Infor — with Canals.

You'll play a central role in onboarding and implementation: configuring integrations, validating data flows, and becoming an expert in how Canals interacts with distributor ERPs. You'll support customers both pre-sale and post-sale, joining technical discovery calls when ERP-specific guidance is needed and owning the hands-on integration work once a customer signs.
