Job Description
FUNCTION OF THE DEPARTMENT & MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the execution of the implementation project scope while acting as the point of contact during the project life cycle. The Implementation Engineer also serves as the first level of support for clients during the project life cycle, working with them in understanding their needs and recommending options and ideas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Project Engineer in executing the approved implementation plan and blueprint of the project.
Prepare and executive the following:
System-related configuration
Internal and External Testing
User Acceptance Testing
Project Live Run
Deploy project-related solutions and fixes during the project life cycle.
Conduct the following activity during the project life cycle:
Training of clients
Business Review
Configuration
Data Migration
Onsite and offsite assistance
Project updates
