Implementation Engineer

Role Overview

As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a critical role in onboarding and implementing for our customers. You'll work closely with customers, solution consultants, and internal product teams to configure, integrate, and launch successfully—ensuring a smooth, scalable, and high-quality implementation experience.

This role blends technical execution, customer interaction, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation for new customers

• Configure workflows, templates, roles, permissions, and automations within the product

• Build and support integrations with customer systems (CRM, support tools, data sources, etc.)

• Work with APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools to enable seamless data flow
