Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and implement software solutions at client sites
  
• Integrate barcode scanners and label printers with software systems
  
• Provide on-site user training
  
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  
• Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution
  
• Ensure a smooth project go-live and client satisfaction
  
• Provide post-implementation support
  

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL / MySQL
  
• Understanding of software installation & configuration
  
• Experience handling barcode scanners and printers
  
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and network configuration (IP, LAN)
  
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman preferred)
  
• Willing to travel frequently to client lo...
