Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati City for an Implementation Consultant. The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for managing and executing software and project implementation plans, analyzing client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with stakeholders, conducting consultations with clients, mapping workflows, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Lead end-to-end implementation of the product and required customizations in collaboration with client teams.
Ø Conduct product and solution demonstrations, including enhancements and changes.
Ø Perform internal testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client teams.
