About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to help customers design, build, and implement solutions on Work OS. You will work closely with clients to understand business needs, deliver tailored workflows, support integrations, and ensure successful onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to analyse business processes and design solutions.
Lead implementation projects, including workflows, automations, data migration, and API integrations.
Support pre-sales with demos, solution design, and technical insights.
Conduct user training and drive adoption of the platform.
Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
3+ years in B2B SaaS implementation, consulting, technical project management, or similar.
Strong understanding of APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integration tools (Zapier, Workato, Integromat, etc.).
Ability to code in Java/Python; React knowledge is a plus.
