Implementation Consultant

Job Context

The Software Implementation Consultant is responsible for successful implementation and training of the Simpro Group suite of products to new and existing clients, using consistent and effective training methods.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, tailored product training to a broad range of clients across various industries;
• Own challenges and create workflow solutions to enhance customers’ use of Simpro;
• Lead online workshops covering standard workflows for client groups;
• Engage with and support clients, ensuring they have the necessary resources to onboard the product successfully;
• Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout implementation;
• Monitor client progress and take a proactive approach to support evolving needs;
