What You’ll Do

• Onboard new OEM and service‑provider accounts onto Asset Connect, configuring modules to match their workflows.
• Migrate existing customer data using internal digital tools and ensure clean, accurate setup before go‑live.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on customer use cases, helping them adopt best practices and realize value quickly.
• Identify workflow, integration and feature gaps based on customer implementations and share actionable feedback with the product team.
