  • Interpretation ofworkflow analysis documents(BRDs)and conversion of these documents intospecificationsfor Charles RiverIMS configuration to ensurebestpractice delivery
  • Ongoingcommunicationandassessmentofproject statusto the client and Charles Riverprojectmanager(in larger projects)
  • Communicationofpertinent information onupgrades and major releasesto client(s)
