Implementation Analyst

Our Professional Services team partners with our customers to design, build and launch our employee recognition and rewards platform. As an Implementation Analyst , you'll play a key role in turning vision into reality by partnering with customers to design, build, and launch solutions that drive real impact. You'll lead multiple implementations, collaborate across teams, and help customers achieve their goals from day one. How you'll shape SaaS Implementations at Achievers:

Act as the project lead for multiple implementation projects concurrently

Scope, plan and manage progress against the plan (set up weekly meetings, manage deliverables/milestones, escalate risks and issues, propose new solutions to ensure project delivery)

Translate client needs into technical/functional requirements of the platform
