Implementation Analyst

We are seeking an experienced
Implementation Analyst – ERP Retail Module
to drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of ERP systems across multiple retail environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ERP deployments, retail workflows, system integrations, and user training. You will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless rollout, adoption, and performance of the ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle product implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Gather and document retail/business requirements (billing flows, payment methods, discounts, promotions, returns, etc.).
• Coordinate POS hardware installation (printers, scanners, cash drawers, tablets, terminals).
• Develop test scenarios and conduct functional testing and UAT.
