Job Description

The Implementation Manager Associate supports the delivery of implementation projects by coordinating activities, maintaining project artifacts, and ensuring accurate tracking of milestones, risks, and action items. This role works closely with Implementation Managers, Business Development, Relationship Management, and internal partners to help drive projects to completion within agreed timeframes and scope.

Typical project support may include:

  • New Merchant Accounts – supporting POS implementation activities
  • Existing Merchant Accounts – supporting terminal shipments, scheduling, and upgrade coordination
  • RFP Support – assisting with preparation of standard materials (e.g., sample plans, timelines)
