Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible in constructive export monitoring
  • LOA monitoring
  • Preparation of PEZA form 8106/Boatnote
  • Peza Form 8100
  • Responsible in preparation of documents in outgoing samples
  • Prepares document such as PEZA Tally, Export declaration, Airway bill and boatnote
  • Responsible in FARM-OUT-LOCAL (FOLOC)
  • Coordinates with broker/forwarder regarding booking and shipment schedules.
  • Prepare LOA monthly liquidation report
  • Process application of surety bond
  • Coordinates with Customer related to Impex
  • Etc.
