Job Description

I. BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for handling all documentation and coordination related to the import and export of goods. This role ensures compliance with  customs regulations, facilitates timely and cost-efficient shipment of materials, and supports logistics and supply chain operations.

II. KEY ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIP

Reports directly to the Logistics or IMPEX Supervisor/Manager. Coordinates closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Accounting, Sales, and  External Agencies (e.g., Customs, Brokers, Freight Forwarders).

III. DUTIES  AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepare and process documents for import/export shipments such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and customs  declarations.

  2. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
