We are looking for a ImpEx Cargo Operations Assistant.

What are the role and responsibilities?
1. Receive and handle export booking and ensure all shipments (Job Orders) are recorded to TIOS and to procure export document from shipper, Zone office and FDD for processing.

  1. Request Shippers/Brokers export documents such as Invoice and Packing List, Proforma BL, Export Shipping Instruction Template, Export Declaration, Export Tally Sheet for BL preparation and Lodge ED and coordinate with shipper and Zone office for the status of application and approval.

  2. Prepare and submit Proforma BL, HBL or Certificate of Origin (CO) based on the documents provided by the Shippers/Brokers. Coordinate with Shippers/Brokers/Agents any discrepancy found in the documents.

  3. Prepare Profit and Loss Statement and Submit pre-alert to Agents.
