Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on immigration and visa processes.
- Conduct client assessments to determine eligibility for different immigration programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients in Urdu, Bengali, Nepali, or Hindi to ensure clear understanding and comfort.
- Coordinate with the internal documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction.
