Immigration Counsellor [Consultation & Client Acquisition]

Cross Cosmic Immigration Services is seeking an experienced and client-focused Immigration Counsellor who would work as consulting advisor at the initial stage to join our growing team in Mississauga. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in Canadian immigration services, client consultations, case management, and stakeholder communication.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for initial consultation of the prospective clients, conduct preliminary assessments, guide clients on suitable immigration pathways, manage CRM records, assist with file preparation, and coordinate/report to our RCICs. This client‑facing role is critical in bridging the gap between initial prospect inquiry and formal RCIC consultation.
