Seize the opportunity as a Project Payroll Administrator with Aecon, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance across projects. Your role is essential in fostering operational efficiency.
This position directly supports the Project Payroll Supervisor in managing payroll and timekeeping functions. You will coordinate data integrity and compliance, handling onboarding, timesheet verification, and project analysis. Your collaboration with site teams will streamline payroll communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update timekeeping records regularly
• Verify all timesheets and assist with payroll documentation
• Support project managers in analyzing project statuses
• Manage employee accounts within the Time and Attendance System
• Ensure proper filing of payroll documents per auditing rules
