**Job Description**
The cleanroom production operator works on both manual and automated packaging lines to support high-volume production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on building and weighing boxes, monitoring automated packaging equipment, and collaborating closely with a small team to achieve daily packaging goals while following strict manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work on the manual packaging line by building boxes, weighing boxes, and ensuring each package meets defined standards.
+ Collaborate with a team of 5–7 colleagues on a manufacturing-style line, completing assigned tasks and moving boxes down the line efficiently.
