Job responsibilities:
- Handle and manage the full recruitment process
- Source and assess candidates for their suitability
- Coordination of interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage pre-boarding, onboarding and off-boarding of employees
- Conduct business development: liaise with clients and companies in the healthcare industry on staffing needs and requirements
- Assist in managing the wellbeing of the staff and department
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Have the passion to liaise with people from all walks of life.
