Duties:
Lead system onboarding, configuration, and risk assessmentConfigure Imagine billing structures, providers, fee schedules, payer and ERS rulesMaintain payer mappings and workflows across Imagine, RIS/EMR, and EDI systemsManage user access, security, and role-based permissionsCoordinate data migrations, reconciliations, and business sign-offsConfigure and test interfaces (Clearinghouse, Eligibility, ERA/835, EDI, HL7, payment files)Support UAT, parallel testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilizationBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, audits, and SQL queriesCreate SOPs, system documentation, and deliver trainingMonitor system performance and lead issue resolutionEnsure HIPAA, SOC, audit, and change management complianceLead system administration meetings and track projects
