ILS Specialist II - Rota

Overview

Contracted support for the ATAC Rota, Spain HUB to provide ATAC Depot Level Repairable (DLR) material services from various customers for material handling, disposition and shipment.

This is a Fulltime Position, Monday thru Friday. Hourly Pay Rate: $28.00 to $31.00 (No OT).

Responsibilities

• Research and conduct preliminary data collections for quality and performance studies/surveys related to resolving customer’s complaints, issues or problems, conducting training on work procedures and providing support to customers and specified organizations.
• Conduct preliminary analysis of customer’s requests/requirements. This includes performing technical research to identify operational/processing errors and discrepancies.
• Serve as liaison with customers to resolve issues and customer complaints. This includes attending meetings, as designated by the Technical POC, to review procedures or resolve discrepancies in the p...
