Overview
ILR Programme Administrator sought to support learner onboarding, compliance and programme administration activities across the business. The role reports to the Head of Learner Experience and involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process for apprentices, ensuring all learner records, funding documentation and ILR-related data are accurate and audit-ready.
Location and Terms
Birkenhead, 2 days a week in the office, remaining days flexible between home and office. Permanent, full-time position, up to £30k, 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of apprenticeship learners
- Act as the main point of contact for onboarding queries from learners, employers and internal teams
- Schedule enrolment activities and ensure onboarding milestones are achieved
