Enjaz is looking for a qualified Administration Technician to provide comprehensive financial, accounting, and administrative support services to ensure efficient operational performance. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing funding documentation, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies. This is a non-personal services position with no approval authority. Responsibilities Maintain, review, reconcile, and balance manual and electronic accounting records for multiple fiscal years. Monitor and track funding for approximately 20 medical research projects. Review financial documents for proper accounting classification and availability of funds. Prepare funding documents (e.g., MIPR, SF182, 2275, 2276) for Government review and authorization. Maintain updated Operating Targets (OPTAR) spreadsheets by fiscal year.
