What you will be doing:

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives across units to improve productivity, reduce wastage, and optimise manpower utilisation.

• Lead capacity planning, line balancing, SMV validation, and workflow optimisation to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with production, quality, planning, and technical teams to achieve delivery, cost, and efficiency targets.

• Implement data-driven performance monitoring systems and digital IE tools for real-time factory

performance tracking.

• Build and mentor a strong Industrial Engine...
