We are now looking for an Installation Engineering Lead (IE Lead) to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of telecom network installations. In this role, you will lead installation engineering activities, provide technical guidance to field teams, and ensure compliance with Ericsson standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements. You will play a key role in enabling successful network rollout and modernization projects.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage installation engineering activities for telecom network projects (RAN, Microwave, Transport, or Core as applicable).
Act as the main technical authority for installation-related topics and escalations.
Ensure installation designs, methods of procedure (MOPs), and work instructions comply with Ericsson standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Field Services, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
