Job Description

The Industrial engineer is working to support manufacturing in a portion of Capacity planning, Capital and equipment planning, Layout planning then execute per plan (The resources are Space, Equipment, HPU (Hour Per Unit)).

About the role - you will:

  • Design a good production layout by considering good process flow, minimize distance and maximize space capacity.

  • Understand process flow and calculate HPU (Hour Per Unit) requirement by considering product mix, process requirement and roadmap.

  • Analysis of impact, the concern of new equipment and technology per roadmap.

  • Apply Lean concept and IE (Industrial Engineering) tools to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Man, Material, Machine and Space utilization.

  • Build up and design a system for automated data workflow to align with Factory4.0
