Identity Management Consultant

Position Summary:

As a Senior Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) / Identity and Access Management (IDAM) consultant, you will be responsible for providing managed services support and project support with specific technology areas on Oracle IDCS and Oracle IDAM for Data Intensity customers. This role is critical in ensuring secure access, compliance, and seamless user experiences across cloud and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities:

• Managed Services Support
• Join DI Fusion middleware team. Participate in 24x7 shift. Provide expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for complex IDCS/IDAM-related problems. This can involve
• start/stop the environment, debugging, performance tuning.
• Manage user lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC).
