An Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to support the IAM readiness work for the provincial CIS initiative. The role will focus on understanding the current IAM environment, identifying gaps that could affect CIS adoption, and helping plan and execute the changes needed to ensure a secure and reliable access model for go-live and beyond.

The IAM Lead will work closely with SNB’s enterprise IAM teams, CIS vendor teams, cybersecurity, HR, clinical leaders, and operational groups across Horizon and Vitalité. Some activities may be carried out directly within the project stream, while others will require coordinating work owned by SNB IAM or other partner teams.
