Identity and Access Management Specialist / IAM Specialist ( m/f/x)

Job Purpose / Role

To succeed in the role, you will be able to execute an IAM Governance framework that is compliant and appropriate for an insurance firm but scalable enough to keep pace with our fast growth. If you can also work hands‑on with IAM technologies like Okta, Ping, Entra, One Identity etc., you could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Continue building our IAM framework to meet our global regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the implementation, review, and maintenance of authorization concepts, aligning them with organizational policies and compliance standards.
• Device and orchestrate IAM controls for our diverse IT landscape.
• Support our Product and Infrastructure Teams around governance of Privileged Access Management.
• Support Agentic IAM, Customer IAM, Cloud IAM and machine‑to‑machine authentication.
