Role Overview

Infosec is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Analyst to support and continuously improve how we manage identities, entitlements, and access across TP ICAP systems and services. This role is central to ensuring that only the right people have the right access to the right resources — and that access is monitored, governed, and auditable.

Role Responsibilities

Access Operations

  • Manage and review user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes for internal systems, SaaS apps, and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS).

  • Maintain user and group roles in IAM tools (e.g. Delinea, AWS, CNAPP or similar).

  • Troubleshoot access issues and respond to service requests and escalations.
