IAM Security Architect (m/f/d)

The IAM Security Architect is responsible for designing the overall IAM strategy, defining security frameworks, and ensuring IAM solutions align with business and security objectives. They work with engineering teams, IT teams, and compliance teams to create a secure identity and access management architecture.

The working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we are currently setting up a new office.

• Design and implement secure IAM architectures (e.g. SSO, MFA, PAM, CIAM, B2B) aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements
• Develop Zero Trust Frameworks and IAM Governance Models for Cloud, On‑Prem, and Hybrid Environments
• Define, implement, and ensure IAM compliance with relevant regulations, frameworks, and standards (such as ISO, NIST, GDPR)
