A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic
Responsibilities
Assist our Independent Delivery Contractors (IDCs) and operations team by phone and email to ensure technical issues related to our IDC portal and systems are resolved on time
Liaise with the IT helpdesk, IDC Team and operations as required
Manage IDC support mailbox, tickets and then all cases in our different systems
Ensure correct processes and documentation are followed by the IDC
Remedy situations during working hours or after, when necessary;
Other IDC duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED minimum;
Prior related support experience preferred;
